What a game! First points for Aztec. A gallant performance by a squad of girls that have battled through a small, but tough, season. Aztec defended strongly absorbing the onslaught from a well organized Kingsthorpe.Bit by bit Aztec began to form their own attacks, Nicole Hadley scoring from the narrowest of angles imaginable. The girls held the lead for nearly all of the game, but alas Kingsthorpe just managed to score through hard fought goal mouth scramble. A good game of football from two good sides, well done. A nice Christmas present for Aztec Girls

A good win for Aztec as for the second week running they had to play without  their regular goalkeeper team showed good character to hold out some determined Wollaston attacking for some off the game

Under 9s Braves                                                        Aztec Braves 0 v 0 Ise Kestrels

A great high tempo game from start to finish against two inform teams of the season so far. The midfield of Aztec today were particularly superb with some great passing and support play. Them being Regan Barrs,Sam Zeller and Haydn Coxon.Tom Daniels also looked solid at the back not giving there front men much space. A good game to watch from start to finish certainly not a boring 0-0.And also thank you Joshua Fortune for putting in a fine display between the sticks

Under 9s Warriors                                                     Aztec Warriors 0 v 0 Ise Eagles

A good defensive display from the warriors again denying Ise the time and space to shoot. On the odd occasion when they did Nathan Loake had great hands to deny them with some immaculate gathering. Luke Aridegbe continued his great form being solid at the back. Two of the new lads continue to improve at a great rate them being Jack Gracey and Aiden Parker.

Aztec started off brightly and went from strength to strength as the game went on. They created chance after chance but just couldn’t find a way past an excellent Weekley keeper. Aztec were so unlucky not to win this exciting 0-0 draw

Warriors missing one of their strongest players in the middle of the park were no match for a very strong Weekley side and today just lacked that cutting edge from weeks past

In a cracking cup tie it was Aztec that took the lead in controversial fashion with a Harvey Burton goal, this seemed to spur on Grange and they soon leveled and took the lead soon after. Second half Aztec kept on the pressure and got the reward by pulling level Grange put Aztec under pressure but Aztec replied again through Zac Anderson to take the tie

This was miss-match on paper but played in good spirit considering. Finedon were depleted but showed they had good players on the field.  Our pressure eventually told and we rolled in 13 goals which included some clinical finishes. Alex Forward led with 4, James Denton followed with 2, James Mason, Ryan Kendall, Taylor Woods, Mathew Bates all got 1. There wer first goals of the season from Cameron Knox, Thomas McLaren, Samuel Roy to complete the rout.

An extremely tough game for the Warriors to face against an in-form Cobras side from a higher division. Cobras built their tally up steadily but Aztec were always looking to take the game to them at every opportunity with Wesley Kirkton notching a well deserved goal. The second half started better for Aztec and there were a number of chances to claw back a goal but Cobras ultimately finished them off to go through to the next round

This game was closer than the score makes it out to be Thrapston never gave up and battled until the end but the Aztec Defense held out and they came away with a good win

          Aztec got off to a fine start leading 3-0 at the break the first a stunning free kick from Captain Thomas Coe followed by a double from top scorer Ellis Rayson   After the interval the hosts slowed their pace a little but their lead never really looked in danger and Josh Wiles completed the rout with a well taken effort        A superb team performance from Aztec with some excellent passing play from back to front ending in a well deserved victory
