Under 15s Vicarage Farm 4 v 0 Aztec Youth
In their 1st 3 games of the season it seems Aztec only compete in the 1st half, again completely gifting the game to the hosts in the second period. Aztec dominated the game for large periods of the 1st half hitting the post and doing everything right bar scoring, working hard as a team and creating some excellent passing moves.
The hosts came out strongly in the second period and Aztec as in previous weeks folded Farm going on to score 4 well taken goals and take the win the second half deserved
Under 15s Kettering Generals 2 v 2 Aztec Youth
Ellis Rayson 1 Chris Reid 1
Aztec gained their 1st point of the season and with the possession they had possibly deserved all 3.In an opening period dominated largely by the visitors it was Generals who took the lead against the run of play, but Ellis Rayson took his chance for Aztec and it was left all square at the break.Early in the second period Generals where awarded a penalty and it was well converted giving them a 2-1 advantage. But Aztec never gave up and their pressure was soon rewarded with an equalizing penalty converted by Chris Reid.A good team performance from Aztec with George Parker commanding at the back and Tom Coe surging on from the midfield.
Under 15s Aztec Youth 0 v 4 Thrapston Town
A close 1st half could have seen either side take the lead but it was the visitors who entered half time one nil up.After the break Aztec dominated the early period and came close to equalizing when Jordan Capps hit the cross bar following a clever free kick from Thomas Coe and Christopher Reid. Thrapston then hit Aztec on the break against the run of play to extend their lead to two nil. Aztec pushed players forward and chased the game trying to reduce the deficit but in doing so left space for Thrapston to play and conceded two further goals
All in all a flattering score line for the visitors but if Aztec are to halt their run of defeats they must start to take their chances
Under 15s Burton Youth 1 v 2 Aztec Youth
Jordan Capps 1 Ellis Rayson 1
Aztec gained their 1st victory of the season with a hard fought win against a good defensive Burton side. Aztec dominated large periods of the first half with Craig Finnegan and Thomas Coe commanding the midfield but just could not penetrate a strong home defense After the interval Ellis Rayson converted early on for Aztec but the hosts replied almost instantly with a well taken free kick. With the game heading for a draw Jordan Capps put a stop to the hosts resilient defending and grabbed the winner at the death.
Under 15s Aztec Youth 0 v 3 Kettering Generals
a game that was not as one sided as the scoreline reflected it was Generals who came away with the victory . The visitors lead1-0 at the break after a defensive slip and that was the way it stayed with the hosts again struggling to find the net amongst all the possession they held Generals seemed to want the game more than the hosts .
Under 15s Ise Lodge 1 v 3 Aztec Youth
Jordan Capps 1 Joshua Perkins 1 Ellis Rayson
Aztec picked up their second win of the season with a strong performance against a spirited Ise Lodge side who never gave up. The visitors where 2-0 up at the break the first coming through Jordan Capps and the second through Josh Perkins with his 1st strike for the club, both coming via superb play from James Mclaren on the left. In the second period Ise where awarded a dubious goal with the striker appearing to be in an offside position and the visitors felt further aggrieved not to be awarded 2 penalties, luckily it proved only a consolation with Ellis Rayson scoring for the visitors for a deserved victory

Under 15s Aztec Youth 0 v 4 Hellenic Fisher
A contest between last season’s finalists again came out on the side of Hellenic thanks to a strong second half performance . Aztec dominated large periods of the first half creating the better chances but where guilty of wasting their opportunities and the score line was left 0-0 at the break. The second half was a different story with Hellenic grabbing an early goal and then dominating from then on in scoring 3 more in the process without reply. None the less a good contest played out in excellent team spirit from both sides
Under 15s Ise Eagles 7 v 2 Aztec Youth
With both sides having plenty of possession in the first half it looked like being a tight game but with Ise taking their chances the score was 2-0 at the break. Aztec started the second period brightly and got their reward early on with a goal from Josh Perkins but almost immediately the hosts hit back to lead 3- 1Aztec didn’t give up and Defender Craig Owen pulled the score back to 3-2 when pushed up into a forward position.Unfortunately that was as good as it got for Aztec as their play totally collapsed in the final 5 minutes to concede 4 more goals and finish with a heavy defeat.
Under 15s Aztec Youth 2 v 0 Vicarage Farm
Jordan Capps 1 Joshua Perkins 1
Aztec fought back from last weeks heavy defeat with a hard fought victory over a strong Farm side The visitors started brightly but Aztec held firm at the back and cut out the danger but where also slightly fortunate when a defensive lapse lead to Farm hitting the bar.
That was as good at it got for the visitors Aztec taking full advantage of the miss and scoring twice before the break courtesy of Josh Perkins and Jordan Capps both created with good work from Aiden Large.
Under 15s Thrapston Town 3 v 2 Aztec Youth
Jordan Capps 1 Ellis Rayson 1
Aztec where down to a bare minimum for this fixture and with no recognized keeper defender Lewis Wright stood in between the sticks. The visitors by no means disgraced themselves and would have no doubt won the game if not for the Thrapston keeper producing many fine saves Aztec held a deserved 2-1 lead at the break courtesy of Ellis Rayson and Jordan Capps; however in the closing stages they again pressed the self destruct button conceding 2 goals and conceding the game
